"Why?" Seth asks. He assumes Johnny has some sort of reasoning for it, but probably not a particularly good one. And while a bunch of papercuts in a dream isn't the worst thing Johnny could do to himself, Seth doesn't much like seeing him this way. He wants to help somehow, but it's very difficult to know how. He could give him the healing power again - not like he really loses it if it's in a dream. But the major problems Johnny's currently dealing with aren't really physical.
