Ianto gets it. It would be like someone declining his offer of coffee. It's an open offer. Ianto's a giving guy like that. But wanting to help, needed to be needed... yeah. He gets it. Offense taken, clearly, okay. Ianto's just an independent Welshman who don't need no angel and is also very wary of anyone claiming to have powers of that nature or anyone who says they're working on God's behalf. Because he runs into a lot of those types, and it's always bad.
