Seth moves his gaze from Daniel up to the bookcase, squinting at the titles. Most of them sound ridiculously complicated or unbearably boring. Or rather, the kind of stuff he'd have to get into through someone like Daniel for it to sound interesting. Seth likes the idea of books and learning, but is limited in what he feels like he can absorb or understand on his own, especially through reading. Which helps explain why his school career was so disastrous.
