"Yeah." She nods to herself, considering this for a moment. "I'm wondering if I can find a way to do something smaller-scale. Maybe something it wouldn't perceive as a threat." It's possible. They have a pretty decent amount of data so far, the notes from Satan particularly helpful. She isn't willing to just sit and not do the thing, but she can detect Rush's hint of reluctance and it does give her pause.

"There has to be something," she says eventually. "A test run. Something small. We can't just expect to break through it overnight, I mean, people have built lives here." She sighs and stretches, pausing at an intersecting path to debate a new direction. "Gotta ease into it, either way."
