"Sounds interesting," she says, and she does mean it, if begrudgingly. That's something she could definitely use. Especially in light of what supposedly caused the rift's recent activity spike. If someone did figure out a way through it, then - well it's surely patched that hole, but there must be others. And this is exactly her field.
