Rita's not entirely clear on the plague's incubation period - it seems to vary - but she weighs the idea of suggesting Asadi step the hell away, nevertheless. Greta might be fine for now, but it's not going to last, and for all any of them know, she might turn on a dime. It would be in their best interests to not be clinging to her when it happens.

Asadi's conclusion that they're dreaming stops her cold, though, as does Greta's immediate and evident relief. "Oh my--" the other woman gasps out, throwing her arms around Asadi's shoulders and burying her face in her neck.
