"Yeah!" The Balladeer takes the subject change readily, slipping his hands idly into his pockets and following Johnny's gaze upwards. Colorful banners flap in the wind, and from this closer vantage he can see that the Ferris wheel is spinning slowly. Somewhere there's tinny music playing. "It's nice. I've never had a chance to really look around a place like this."

He's not really sure what Johnny's angling for here? Does he want to go explore the dream together?
