Much as Yuri likes to think of himself as a contributor to the rebel cause, he's not actually all that high up on the hierarchy, or entrusted with all that much. He mostly does as much as he does by dint of having stuck around and refused to be told he couldn't be involved. Still, he does have some idea who patrols Bethesda on the Romac side of things, and though that's not really Topher's primary function, he's seen the other man around the park more than once.

Of course, that doesn't count for much when his mind is in a fog from sleep and when he doesn't even realize the senses of his mind are being blocked by the man in question. "And here I thought it was a dream." Yuri shrugs, smiling despite his own sarcastic response.
