Thunder blinks at Trick as Daine stretches up onto her tiptoes to give his frill a rub. "What do you think, Thunder?" she asks the dinosaur. "Mind introducing us?"

The dinosaur considers for a moment, then gives Daine a fond nudge. Not at all, he assures her. But you'd be better off riding on my back than walking.

"He says it's all right," Daine repeats for Aly's benefit as she climbs back up onto the triceratops. "Come on!"
