Johnny barely avoids cursing aloud when Aiden shines the light in his face, throwing up a hand to shield himself. Then he forces himself to blink into it, letting them see him.

If she doesn't realize she's dreaming... if she really thinks she's six right now... how can he possibly explain in a way that isn't going to freak her out further? One would think that the whole "dream" part of the scenario would sort of ensure that there were no real consequences, but Johnny knows better now.
