… Well. He's not sprouting horns here. But he's also some kind of frigging dream manipulation master, so who's to say he looks anything like this in the waking world? He could be one of those unfortunates who doesn't blend well enough to traverse the city during normal business hours. Gods, maybe the rift gave him dream powers just so he'd have a means of socializing that wouldn't result in screaming babies and torch-bearing mobs. Poor guy.
