Seth softens a little at that and nods understandingly. "All the higher-ups know about it. Hell, I gave some of them powers..." He sighs, running a hand through his hair. "Andrei Mikhailov, Hugo D'Angelo, Annika Howell, Menodara, Vathek, Blythe Summerset..." he lists. He didn't know all of them while he was imprisoned, but he's since done quite a bit of research.
