Premise
For the past few years, the world has become more and more temporally unstable. Rifts in time and space have started opening up all around the world, letting things slip through. Things like monsters, aliens, weird artifacts, strange people from different universes... and you. Dropped onto the busy island of Manhattan, will you side with the agency working to protect the Earth from dangerous supernatural beings, join the rebellion and fight for freedom, or walk your own path? Will you just try to live your life and keep out of trouble, or will you be the one causing the trouble? Either way, you’ll cross paths with more than a few uncommon people in this city, and maybe someday, you’ll even call the big city “home”.

Posting info
This is the dream community, where characters may meet and interact without worrying about physical repercussions.

Characters may arrive in the dream world simply by falling asleep, and the rift will connect them with other people. The dream world mostly adheres to laws of physics, though it's a little bendy, depending on the situation. Anything that happens here will not have physical results in the real world, and whether a character even remembers what happens in the dream world or not upon waking is up to the player and the post-maker.

Posting here is the same as in the main community, meaning each post should be in third person, present tense, and include who's posting, where they are, and what they are doing. Warn for any mature content, and put any mature content behind a cut.

Players may also freely post events here: describing a setting and inviting everyone to create a thread for their character which other characters may reply to.

Please note in the subject line whether a post is [OPEN], [CLOSED], or an [EVENT]. For non-event posts, please note if the post is open to multiple, separate replies.

Remember to tag your post with your character name, and to similarly tag any posts to which you reply.
