He knows he's dreaming, so it's a bit of a shock to find himself suddenly out of his human body. In fact, he's not even on land anymore. As he shifts into the shared dreaming, it's on the massive seven foot wingspan of an albatross. These wings are built more for distance than acrobatics, but he has enough experience with this sort of thing to know how to take advantage of what he's got.

With the air rushing past him, he spots a hoop set on a long pole. With a few beats of his wings, he builds up speed and then quickly brings them in, doing a showy barrel roll through the hoop before diving to fly closer to the ground. If there's someone else here, he's betting that they'll be along the ground somewhere rather than in the sky.
