[open to all] Room full of people in your head
The rift has gotten bored, and has decided it's time to bring people together for another dream party.
This time, when you find yourself within the dream, you'll be somewhere familiar. Perhaps somewhere you feel safe or at home, some place you miss, or were particularly happy at some point in your life. It might not be the same place every time you come back here, though.
There will also be a door where there didn't use to be one, even if there's no wall to surround it. If you go through this door, you will find yourself in endless simple corridor, lined with unmarked doors. And if you go through them, you'll pay a visit to someone else's room.
[There will monthly Dreaming party post like this. Same procedure as last time. Non-members welcome to tag in!]

Daine glances down at Kitten, reassured to see that she is still the sky-blue color she ought to be, though her scales have gone a bit pink around the edges. Wanting to reassure the little dragon (and needing some reassurance herself), Daine picks her up and settles her on her hip. "We'll just have to try another door," she says, turning to look for the way out... and doing a double-take when she spots a familiar figure not too far away.
"Doctor?"

He turns towards Daine when she addresses him, and gives a smile. It's occured to him that he's not entirely sure how comfortable he is showing this off, but Daine has been separated from her planet too, so she should have an inkling, at least.
"Hello, Daine. Is that Skysong?" he asks, nodding to the small dragon.

Kitten twists around in Daine's arms to give her an inquiring chirp, and Daine sets her back on the ground. For a few moments, Kitten sits up on her hindquarters and examines the Doctor from a distance, scenting the air curiously as the pink tinge fades from her scales. Then, deciding he merits further exploration, she drops to all fours and trundles over to examine his trainers.
Now that Kitten's relaxing, Daine allows herself to do the same. She looks around, shading her eyes to peer at the dome-covered city in the distance. "Where are we?" she asks.

"Gallifrey," he answers, focusing on the dragon rather than his surroundings. "My home planet." He's not sure exactly how much information he wants to volunteer. He's not planning on telling her it's gone. For one thing, he can pretend it still exists, for another, he doesn't want word to reach the Master about the Time War. The least he knows about that, the better.

Kitten rears up to brace her forepaws against the Doctor's knee. She regards him with cat-like eyes, then turns to chirp at Daine while pointing to the Doctor's face.
It only takes Daine a moment to realize what the Kit's getting at. "Yes, he does look a lot like Andrew," she says, wandering over to them. Noting the Doctor's slight hesitation around the little dragon, she adds, "Kitten's used to two-leggers; I've been raising her almost since she was born. And she's not snappy - if she's thinking about biting you, you'll get plenty of warning."
Kitten chortles in agreement, then turns her attention to the Doctor's coat pocket, nosing at it curiously.
